Archimede Solar Energy is a world leader in the production of solar receiver tubes for thermodynamic power plants with parabolic trough collectors.
The receivers developed and produced by Archimede Solar Energy, with the contribution of ENEA, are designed to operate at high temperatures (up to 580° C) with different types of heat transfer fluid.
In fact ASE's product range is suitable to meet all the requirements of large solar thermal power plants that exist today, whatever the fluid used. From large Diathermic oil power plants, up to state-of-the-art Molten Salt systems. The special receivers for high temperature and high pressure (for Direct Steam Generation) complement the product portfolio.
The high quality standards used to manufacture the receivers ensure the highest optical and thermal performance, as well as stability over time, in order to always operate the plant with the maximum possible efficiency.
